Luxxe Wellness & Beauty is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we aim for

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act for public accommodations.

What this site does

• Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order
• Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
• Text and background colors meeting WCAG AA contrast minimums
• Form fields with associated labels, not placeholder text alone
• Motion that respects your device’s reduced-motion setting
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels

On-page controls

The circular button at the lower left of every page opens controls to enlarge text, raise contrast, stop animation, and have the page read aloud. Your choices are remembered on your device.

We deliberately do not use a third-party accessibility overlay. Products of that kind have been criticised by disability advocacy organisations, including the National Federation of the Blind, and can interfere with screen readers people already rely on. Our pages are built to work directly with your own assistive technology; the controls above are an optional convenience, not a substitute.

Known limitations

We review this site periodically and list what we know here rather than claiming there is nothing to find.

• The map on our contact page is supplied by Google and we do not control its accessibility. Our full address, phone number, and written directions appear as text on the same page.
• Before-and-after photographs carry descriptive alternative text, but photographs of clinical results are inherently visual and that description cannot fully convey them.
• Our consultation form is delivered by a third-party service. We have tested it with keyboard navigation, and if you have difficulty with it, call us and we will complete the booking with you by phone.

If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us. We will record it here and address it.

The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and we do not control its accessibility. Our full address, phone number, and written directions are available as text on that page as an alternative.

We aim to respond within two business days. If you need to book a consultation and the website is a barrier, call us and we will handle the entire booking by phone.

Accessibility at our office

We are at 540 Madison Oak Drive, Suite 130, with free surface parking directly outside the suite entrance.

If you need a specific accommodation — step-free access, extra room for a wheelchair or mobility aid, a longer appointment, a sign language interpreter, or materials in another format — call us at (210) 346-1550 before your visit and we will arrange it. We would rather you ask in advance than arrive and find something in the way.
