Luxxe Wellness & Beauty ("we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers website data only — health information you provide during care is addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the treatment category you selected, and your scheduling preference. Our forms deliberately do not ask for medical information, and we ask that you not include any. Clinical details are collected after booking, through a secure channel.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or tracking technology, and we set no tracking cookies of our own.
Two third-party resources do load: typefaces from Google Fonts on every page, and a Google Map on our contact page. Both send your IP address to Google, and the map may set Google’s own cookies. The map does not load unless you permit it, and you can change that choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in our footer.
How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request and schedule your appointment
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or care
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To send appointment reminders and, if you have asked for them, occasional practice updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that operate this website, and only as needed to perform those services:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and consultation form submissions
- Google LLC — web fonts on every page, and maps on our contact page, which load only with your permission
- Squarespace, Inc. — domain registration only. Squarespace does not host this website and receives no information about your visit.
- Our scheduling, payment, and clinical records providers, which handle information you give us during care rather than through this website
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising, retargeting, or tracking technology, and we set no tracking cookies.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your rights under Texas law
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, obtain a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data and we do not conduct targeted advertising.

We will respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, telling you why before the first period ends. There is no charge for the first request in any twelve-month period.
If we decline your request you may appeal, at no cost, by replying to our decision or writing to the address below. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Health information created or received in the course of your care is governed separately — see our Notice of Privacy Practices. Where information is covered by that notice, these Texas Data Privacy and Security Act rights do not displace it.
Cookies and your choices
This website sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. It stores your accessibility preferences — text size, contrast, motion — and your answer to our cookie notice in your own browser’s local storage. That information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
If you allow third-party content, Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer.
How long we keep information
Consultation requests submitted through this site are retained for as long as needed to respond and to document that we did, then deleted. Website server logs are retained by our host on their standard schedule.
Clinical records are retained in accordance with Texas Medical Board rules — generally seven years from the date of last treatment, and for patients under 18, until the patient turns 21 or seven years from last treatment, whichever is longer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send medical information through the website.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Patients under 18 are treated only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
